As We Approached The Ferry A Different Kind Of Night

It was the dark of night and the silhouette of the ferry consumed me….

From the dock I looked out beyond the thoughts that anchored my dreams

a soft glow

on the sands below

this night

so

– different

I found myself again….

    • Thank you Barbara. At this very moment I am sitting here listening to Francoise Hardy sing a beautiful song entitled “Qui je dis adieu” from the album La Question. It is poetry in song (and French). It is so inspiring to find beauty in poetry, song, art and friends.
      Peace my friend.

Hi Walter, this is also lovely. And I see you like Franรงoise Hardy! I love her song “Tous les garรงons et les filles de mon รขge.” ๐Ÿ™‚

    • Thanks Ina, and yes Francoise Hardy is a favorite. There are so many great French singers. And the French language is as I am sure you know very beautiful.
