This one reminds me of the old slides from the 1960’s combined with the coloured gel projections they used back then. By the way, my old eyes are having a bit of a conflict with your blog background. It fights with your blue lettering and some of your visuals. Perhaps keep the texture and lower the colour intensity a notch. I had a similar problem when I was adjusting my blog background a while ago. Great work !

    • Thanks elmediat, I have other images in this series “The Memories Behind You” posted on the blog. They use the same photograph of the dock in Charleston, but each image explores the reflection of light of a different part of the day–morning through evening. Check it out and let me know what you think. And thanks for the suggestion on the colour intensity, I will check it out and try lowering the intensity and see what I get.

      Peace and Light

  3. PS. Catching up on commenting again after a hectic week that included 3 long days/nights at a yoga event. I will be attending another workshop in the coming week (7/11-7/14)and if I don’t leave comments, I will follow up on my return. 🙂

    • I enjoyed selecting photographs for this challenge. Sometimes it is nice just to do a few image manipulations instead of a full conceptual piece. And last but not least, I must say, that the sky is inspirational and often lends itself to our creative ambitions. 🙂

  7. once again, very nice digital work Walter. At first glace it looks like frames of different images because of the distinct line of the horizon. I had to look for a few seconds to realize it was one image.

    • Thanks Bunny. I create work in the hope that the viewer can discover something new and exciting. I want to challenge the imagination.
